Board and Annual Membership Meetings
Board meetings are open to all homeowners. However, since board
meetings are held in the homes of individual board members, and in order that
attendance can accurately be estimated and a room of sufficient size and seating
can be arranged, homeowners who plan to attend a board meeting should
sufficiently in advance of the meeting notify the President of the Board (see
Board of Directors page).
Regular meetings of the Board are nominally held monthly as availability of
agenda items and ability to reach a quorum permit, but in no case less
frequently than once per calendar quarter. For information on the date, time and
location of the next regular board meeting please contact the President of the
Board (see Board of Directors page).
The annual membership meeting of the Association is held in November at a venue
of reasonable distance, nominally within three miles of our neighborhood.
